SECTION 2 – ORDERS, SHIPPING AND TAXES

Each part of an order that you submit to our Website constitutes an offer to purchase products. After We receive your order you will receive an email from us confirming receipt of your order.

Please note that we are not deemed to accept your order, or any part of it, until the requested product is shipped and we have sent a shipment confirmation email. In most cases, we will send you an email confirming the shipment within a couple of days.

If a product becomes unavailable (even after you ordered it), or if there is an error on our Website relating to the order, we may cancel the order. Furthermore, we reserve the right to deny any order for any reason, including without limitation, as further detailed below. If this occurs, we will contact you so you are aware and refund you the amount paid.

You can return or exchange products purchased on our website by returning such products to us by hand or by registered mail, within 30 days of the day you received them, provided however that the returned product is returned to us in the same, new condition you received it from us and is undamaged in any way. Charges for shipping depend on the country to which the merchandise is being shipped, and your required shipping time. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed as part of your total bill.

Please note that you may be charged with local taxes in your country, international tariffs, duties and /or customs in connection with the purchase and/or import of products from our Website. In such case, you will be responsible to handle it directly and pay the amounts due to the appropriate authorities in your country. We will not be responsible nor liable for any order not received by you If you do not pay such charges timely and in accordance with the appropriate law.
